Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION &
APPOINTMENT POLICIES 💅🏼
💅🏼 NAIL POLICY
I do not work over foreign sets. New clients must arrive with bare nails. Arriving with a set will result in a soak-off fee + $20 inconvenience fee.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to book. NO deposit = NO appointment.
• Appointments can be booked at least 2 days in advance.
• Last-minute or squeeze-in appointments are +$50.
⏰ ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. A 7-minute grace period is allowed. After 7 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no show.
🔄 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• One free reschedule allowed.
• A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
• Cancellations must be made 12+ hours in advance.
• Late cancellations & no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service and blocked from future bookings.
🌙 AFTER HOURS (FRI & SAT ONLY)
9:30 PM – 12 AM
Appointments booked after 9:30 PM require a $100 minimum.
